Ten years ago, I kept seeing the same problems: product-based businesses had incredible ideas and nowhere to put them. Landlords had space sitting empty.
I couldn't stop thinking about how obviously those two things shared the same solution, so I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it and launched a six-week pop-up experiment on a shoestring budget. Surprise: it worked. And then it kept working.
What started as a matchmaking instinct turned into an inspired movement. I realized that founders also need more than space. They also need support, community, and the kind of real-world knowledge that nobody was handing them.
