The Retail Playground™ is an educational membership community designed to support independent businesses through practical education, expert-led courses, community, networking opportunities, and resources.

3. Eligibility

is owned by or licensed to UpNext LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership provides you with a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own personal or internal business education.

You may not:

• reproduce or redistribute course materials

• resell or sublicense content

• publicly display or publish our materials

• create derivative educational products based substantially on our content 

• remove copyright or ownership notices

10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

Our educational content is created for the benefit of our members.

Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not use The Retail Playground's courses, downloads, videos, templates, or other proprietary materials to train artificial intelligence models, create competing datasets, or develop competing educational products.

Reasonable personal use of AI tools to assist with your own learning or note-taking is permitted, provided that you do not redistribute our proprietary content or violate these Terms.

Our Services rely on third-party providers, including Kajabi, Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Zoom, YouTube, and other technology partners.
